Privacy policy

In short: there are no forms, accounts or newsletters. What you type into the tools is processed in your browser and never leaves your device.

Data controller

Víctor Asenjo Carvajal (#elPagès), contact: appsdelpages@gmail.com.

Data in the tools

Everything runs with JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server or stored, unless your own browser remembers form fields. What you choose to save (for example, a checklist's progress) stays in your browser's local storage and you can delete it whenever you like.

Hosting

The site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, the provider processes your IP address and technical request data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Analytics (only if you accept it)

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and learn which pages are useful. Google receives technical data from your browser (IP address, not stored in full, device type, pages viewed) and a pseudonymous ID. We never send what you type into the tools. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings". Data is kept for 14 months.

International transfers

Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, and also applies standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to appsdelpages@gmail.com. As we do not ask for identifying data, we may need more information to find the data that concerns you. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this policy if the processing changes. Last reviewed: October 2026.
